Profile:

The Company seeks Graduates or Post Graduates from the best institutions with a good academic record. Engineers, Scientists and commerce degrees are favored but other disciplines are also welcome. MBA's are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be highly numerate with a competitive attitude and the ability to cope with pressure. Candidates should enjoy a dynamic and young ambitious environment. GHF has implemented a regular recruitment program in harmony with the placement timetable of the main academic institutions with which we currently work.

Please submit an on line application form if you wish to be considered. All applications are reviewed individually. No electronic screening is conducted.

On receipt of your application, it will be reviewed to ensure that you meet our criteria for recruitment. The application will be acknowledged and you will be notified of the next recruitment event. GHF Derivatives visits numerous campuses to give presentations about the company. In the event you are not linked to a University, we also arrange off campus events from time to time. We may invite you to attend for an interview without having to attend a presentation. At the interview we may ask you to complete some arithmetic and general aptitude tests.

Advice to candidates:

• The application form is the first contact we are likely to have with you. Please make sure your contact details are accurate. We want to be able to contact you.
• Please use the application to give us the information that you think we need to know about you. It is the first opportunity for us to know about you. Make it positive but accurate.
• If you come to a presentation or to a meeting with us make sure that you ask a question or at least that you make contact with our representatives. This will make you more memorable and give the impression that you have a real interest in the company.
• Don't apply if you are not genuinely interested in a position. It does you no good and wastes our time. It also reflects badly on your university and your colleagues.
• Ask if there is anything you need to know either by phone or by email on the web site. We want you to understand as much as you can about us so you can make these important decisions.
• Be true to yourself. Be honest with us and with yourself. Our business does not suit everybody. There are many other opportunities in the world. Be sure before you accept a position with us.
